Whilst a fire risk assessment will show how you are using and managing your premises safely, a fire strategy will evidence how the premises have been designed and constructed in a manner safe for fire safety, in accordance with the Building Regulations 2010.
A fire strategy is a comprehensive, building-specific technical document that outlines how a structure will prevent, detect, contain and allow safe escape from a fire. It acts as a roadmap for architects, builders, and building owners to ensure compliance and safeguards occupants.
